About the Role

The Northern Land Council is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic administrative professional to provide support for Regional, Executive and Full Council meetings in the NLC regions. The successful candidate will work under the direction of our Council Services Supervisor, responsible for record keeping, logistics and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support for council meetings
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Logistics and travel arrangements
What You Will Bring
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification, or a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • High level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • A base salary of $66,333 per annum
  • 14.5% superannuation
  • Salary sacrificing up to $15,900
  • District allowance starting at $2,630 per annum for individuals and $4,797 per annum for those with dependents
  • 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave
  • Paid Christmas close down
  • Annual airfare upon completion of 12 months of service
