At FIS, we have a unique opportunity for an Enterprise Support Specialist to join our Application Support Group in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Support Specialist, you will provide critical support for assigned production-related systems for major banking and payments clients.

  • Provide on-call support for HP Non-Stop Systems and proprietary applications
  • Develop and execute scripts and test plans
  • Conduct software analysis related to debugging, resolving issues, and modifications
  • Liaise with internal clients, vendors, and global colleagues to resolve issues and deliver results
  • Provide rostered on-call 24/7 support to clients (around 1 week per month)

The ideal candidate will have experience with HP Non-Stop systems and previous experience in a Systems Support role with sound knowledge of programming languages and application development methodologies.

You will also be able to understand in-house applications and have knowledge and experience with primary database engines, including the ability to write complex queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

Bonus points if you have experience in the banking or Financial Services sector.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
