About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Robertson Health Centre in Darwin. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare teams, including maintaining accurate patient records, managing databases and information systems, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy health records
  • Maintaining databases and information management systems
  • Filing and photocopying documents
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Communicating with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year full-time experience in an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service-focused environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

About the Location

Roberston Health Centre is located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, approximately 15km east of Darwin. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy, and mental health services.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing administrative support to our healthcare teams. Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
