About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Flinders University.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to provide essential administrative support to our executive and leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, organise meetings, coordinate committee activities and contribute to continuous improvements in systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Completion of a degree or relevant work experience
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality outcomes
  • Experience in providing administrative services
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems and software

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package estimated at around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
