Front Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Support Specialist to join our client's team in Sydney.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to emails, and maintaining the reception area. This is a full-time position based in our client's office, 5 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls with a professional approach and tone
- Meet and greet customers in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Maintain the reception and customer facilities
- Monitor and respond to the reception email inbox
- Scan and file documents as required
- Book events and accommodation for functions as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or a high-volume telephone and customer-facing role is essential
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Pride in appearance and professional approach
- Adaptable and positive attitude to changes in tasks and deadlines
- High level of telephone and computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. Our client values its employees and provides a supportive work environment.
