We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at IMC Financial Markets. As an integral part of our Workplace Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Front Office Administration:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors, answering/directing incoming calls, and receiving and organizing daily mail
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and merchandise, including ordering and maintaining stock
  • Ensure reception and meeting rooms are well-maintained and visitor-ready

Event Management support:

  • Support IMC events, both in-house and off-site, including HR programs

General Admin and project work where required:

  • Collaborate with the sustainability & charity committee on various initiatives and meetings
  • Assist with WHS responsibilities as needed

**Your Skills and Experience:**

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Showcase exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
  • Possess a curious and collaborative mindset
  • Show the ability to solve problems creatively and proactively
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience working in a Front Office setting, preferably with a demonstrated interest in financial markets
  • Be comfortable managing competing deadlines and juggling multiple projects under pressure
  • Hold intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office
