**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front Office Solutions Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our Front Office products and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with generalist sales and other specialists to drive growth across Front Office products and workflows.
  • Facilitate both retention and expansion within assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and consulting to promote and build awareness of FactSet's Front Office Solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of sales activities, tracking sales efforts and client intelligence in CRM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to progress and drive opportunities to closing.
  • Develop as a subject matter expert for Front Office Solutions.
  • Be accountable for the book of business in the respective region.
  • Develop an understanding of competitors' products and be able to position FactSet Front Office solutions' competitive differentiation and value.
  • Consolidate regional market feedback for front office data/product development/enhancement.
  • Facilitate feedback loop between sales and the Buy-Side Front Office Product team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in the financial data industry.
  • Strong technical skills & deep Front Office product knowledge, workflows, and challenges.
  • A strong drive for results, proven experience in chasing leads, converting leads into deals, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of our Front Office Solutions, including Research, Alpha Signals, Content, and Portfolio Construction.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and passionate about the opportunities in Front Office.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Prior experiences working with front office clients preferred.
  • Desire to be part of a fun, fast-paced team focused on growth in one of FactSet's most important business segments.
