Project Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team within Future Air Mobility SPO (FAMSPO). The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing an accelerated capability delivery project, achieving the following outcomes:

  • Revising and updating the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in accordance with industry standards.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining FAMSPO project Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Preparing schedule reports, including cartoon schedules, for estimates and reporting meetings.
  • Identifying potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to project schedules.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 - Advanced Practitioner or above.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on CASG schedules.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding milestones.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Defence Aviation environment.
  • Knowledge of Defence Writing standards.
