About Project Coordination

As a key professional in our organization, you will be responsible for assisting division heads in the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects. Your role will involve managing project documentation, coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning, execution and monitoring to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Monitor progress on key projects, prepare regular status reports and presentations for review
  • Coordinate with division heads to gather input, monitor timelines and ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines and action plans
  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documented
  • Assist in resource coordination, stakeholder communication and internal reporting for project-related activities
  • Identify delays, escalate issues to senior management and follow up on corrective actions
  • Support change management processes during project implementation phases
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and principles
  • Ability to plan, execute, monitor and close projects efficiently and effectively
  • Proficient computer skills and high level of organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, departments and workflows
  • Understanding of guest experience and service quality standards
