Job details

Our federal government agency is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Project Coordinators to work within the Chief Information Officer Division, delivering and supporting a range of ICT projects and programs.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Management, tracking, and review of project dependencies, risks, treatments, and mitigations
  • Support project delivery including scheduling, reporting, and task coordination
  • Ensure coordination and reporting for project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Development of project artifacts such as Project Plans, Executive Papers, risk registers, change approvals, and financial reports
  • Program governance and reporting (includes status updates, decision registers, risks, and issues)
  • Liaising with business and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution
  • Assist with managing and coordinating project resources
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the relevant Director, Team Leader, or Delegate

Preferred skillsets

  • Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment
  • Certifications in SAFe Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 Agile
