Job Title: Senior Project Officer

About the Role

We seek an accomplished professional to support our projects in Canberra. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT project coordination and strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level project support across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Develop project plans using MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Mitigate potential risks to ensure timely delivery and meet project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in IT project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
