ASAP start to Jun 2026 with potential extension option Ability to obtain NV1 clearance Job details Our federal government agency is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Project Coordinators to work within the Chief Information Officer Division, delivering and supporting a range of ICT projects and programs.
Key duties and responsibilities Management, tracking, and review of project dependencies, risks, treatments, and mitigations Support project delivery including scheduling, reporting, and task coordination Ensure coordination and reporting for project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes Development of project artifacts such as Project Plans, Executive Papers, risk registers, change approvals, and financial reports Program governance and reporting (includes status updates, decision registers, risks, and issues)Liaising with business and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution Assist with managing and coordinating project resources Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the relevant Director, Team Leader, or Delegate Preferred skillsets Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment Certifications in SAFe Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 Agile If you meet these requirements, please apply now.
