Project coordination involves a wide range of activities that support the delivery of large-scale projects.

The Project Coordinator will work alongside a Senior Technical Project Manager to enable project activities from start to finish. Their responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing detailed integrated plans to track project delivery through design, build, testing, and implementation.
  • Managing project control registers for dependencies, risks, and issues, change control, and actions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally in a multi-vendor environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working on complex projects, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Technical knowledge in delivering large mission-critical systems.
  • Strong project management and governance process establishment skills.
  • Experience working in multi-cloud environments (e.g. Azure, OCI, AWS).
  • Project coordination experience across software & systems development, technical products, services & solutions, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
