Senior IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven Senior IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking IT projects.
- Support project managers in defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor timelines and budgets; prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Manage documentation including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate issues to minimize risks.
- Support user training, testing, and change management.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT project support or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
