Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven account executive to join our team. As an account executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Supporting the management of client accounts and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports, decks, and updates to stakeholders
  • Sitting in on client calls and capturing key actions
  • Assisting in upsell conversations and helping to grow client revenue
  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
