About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients utilising cloud-based advice technology
  • Develop and deliver training plans to ensure production of high-quality training materials
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Record all inquiries received and solutions implemented into the ticketing system
  • Respond to telephone or email inquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Capture product enhancements and engage with stakeholders to implement beneficial changes
  • Proactively engage in client retention activities, overseeing processes and capturing key client themes
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning/Wealth Management industry
  • Experience providing customer support services and strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, take ownership of tasks and communicate timelines
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise and avoid mismanaging workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences
