
Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to excel in customer success. In this role, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a technical support expert, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams, and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues
- Collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Leverage advanced troubleshooting tools and methodologies
- Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
- Share knowledge and best practices
- Develop specialized technical and professional expertise to drive issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
- Minimum 3 years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- A customer-centric approach adopted by technical support teams
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification
Customer Service Foundations or other Customer Service Training/Experience
