
Sales and Business Growth Specialist

This is a dynamic and exciting role for a machinery enthusiast. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales of heavy equipment, working with both buyers and sellers to facilitate and grow auction sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- To secure consignments of heavy equipment and fill the auction yard ahead of each sale date.
- To grow the territory through superior new business development skills and maximise consignments using established network contacts in the industry.
- To feed the sales site and utilise the opportunity to consign equipment to any Euro Auctions sale site around the world, thereby maximising earning potential.
- To spot opportunities and negotiate effectively to maximise sales from new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- A proven sales record with minimum 4 years experience in the Construction, Agriculture or Transport Sector.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Attendance at relevant auctions.
- An already established network of contacts within the industry.
- An excellent knowledge of the current national and global market.
- An already grown knowledge of the Auction industry, buying, selling, and bid-catching at Auctions.
