About the Role:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales plans to penetrate mid-market accounts, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role within a high-growth organization, preferably with startups that achieved significant expansion across their open-source user base.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication, as well as active listening.
- Proven track record of accurate forecasting and clear communication throughout the deal cycle, demonstrating a rigorous sales methodology and process knowledge.
