Role Overview

Sustain Recruit is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our expanding team in the NSW region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth through key account management and new business acquisition strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maximise opportunities within new and existing client accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients.
  • Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Service.
  • Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics.
  • Participate in local and national trade shows to showcase our products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge (highly desirable).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality.
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques.
