Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our expanding team in the NSW region. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth through key account management and new business acquisition strategies.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients
  • Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Service
  • Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics
  • Participate in local and national trade shows to showcase our products and services
  • Previous sales experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques
  • Competitive remuneration package including $100K + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
