About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Director to lead our NSW region, driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence across all 6 locations.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations at our Bondi Boutique and overseeing the smooth management of our NSW stores. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance through effective team management, visual merchandising, and customer service initiatives. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing store managers and retail teams, fostering a positive and motivated working culture.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Retail to develop strategic plans, manage stock levels, and implement promotional activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring store sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase sales and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of Elka Collective's Bondi Boutique
  • Driving sales performance through effective team management, visual merchandising, and customer service initiatives
  • Recruiting, training, and developing store managers and retail teams
  • Collaborating with the Head of Retail on strategic planning, stock management, and promotional activities
  • Monitoring store sales performance and implementing strategies to improve sales and conversion rates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or locations. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends. Additionally, you should have a proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs in a retail environment.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or locations
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of current fashion trends and the Elka Collective brand
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs in a retail environment
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
