Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager who enjoys the charm of Pakenham - a location that balances a relaxed lifestyle with easy access to city amenities. As an integral member of our team, you will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making, leading and motivating staff to deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing Customers: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive approach.
  • Operations Management: Manage stock control and ordering to maintain optimal inventory, oversee venue presentation, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment.
  • Gaming Experience: Gaming experience is a must for handling gaming operations and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Support the General Manager in leadership and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a management role within hospitality.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Gaming Knowledge: Gaming experience required, with an understanding of compliance and service standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
