Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals across multiple locations. You will work closely with other team leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals;
  • Working closely with other team leaders to achieve program goals and objectives;
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, allied health);
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
