Senior Manager - Dementia Care Initiative

We are seeking a senior manager to support our dementia care initiative in Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team of staff across three locations.
  • Work with the team to ensure a nationally consistent approach to case management.
  • Develop a culture of empowerment, mentorship and support among team members.
  • Oversee individual and team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to administrative, financial, risk and quality goals across the program.
Requirements
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as nursing or allied health.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting older people and carers living with dementia.
  • Ability to manage and support a team across multiple sites.
Desirable
  • Eligibility for registration as a health practitioner in Australia.
  • Evidence of study or qualifications in dementia care.
