A talented Rostering Coordinator is required to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily master rosters, optimizing employee work availability, and handling sick leave and leave requests.
- They will partner with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
- Key responsibilities include leading interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of shifts available to ensure all shifts are filled with backups.
- Training and access to the timekeeping system will be overseen, including onboarding new employees on site systems.
- Maintaining confidentiality of rostering information according to company policies and conduct standards is essential.
- Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment on-site, ensuring effective communication and high-quality resident care, is crucial.
- Extensive experience in staff (including contractors and labour hire) rostering is mandatory.
- Ability to work closely with operational teams and serve as a single point of contact for staffing information is required.
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities efficiently, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in verbal and written communication, are necessary.
