Key Responsibilities
- Roster management: Create and manage daily master rosters, backfill shifts, and handle requests for new shifts across direct, contracting, and labour hire workforce.
- Partnership: Partner with our corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure data accuracy and enable forecasting for better resource management.
- Communication: Communicate with on-site staff regarding allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and available shifts, ensuring all shifts are filled with backups.
- Leadership: Lead training and manage user access for our timekeeping system, including troubleshooting.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of rostering information in accordance with company policies and code of conduct.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with site leadership to ensure adequate staffing for our 24/7 facilities, including casual backups and addressing roster gaps.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in staff rostering is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Roster Bid Manager tools is highly regarded.
- Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
