Job Title: Staff Rostering Coordinator
This role is crucial to the success of our operations team, ensuring that we have the right staff in place at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the creation of rosters for all direct, contracting, and labour hire workforce members.
- Collaborate closely with corporate teams to ensure data accuracy, up-to-date information, and forecasting capabilities for optimal resource management.
- Communicate with on-site staff regarding fortnightly allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and available/new shifts.
- Liaise with site leadership teams to guarantee adequate staff coverage 24/7, including casual backups and troubleshooting roster gaps.
- Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operations, employee engagement, experience, and systems to maintain smooth services for residents and their families.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address operational challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.
