The successful Roster Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Creating and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly rosters for participants and staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and care needs are met.
  • Managing staff leave requests, guaranteeing sufficient coverage for absences.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both staff and participants regarding roster matters, including last-minute adjustments and shift changes.
  • Collaborating with care teams to ensure rosters align with participants' specific needs and preferences.
  • Continuously improving roster management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

As a detail-oriented individual, the Roster Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in rosters and timesheets, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
