Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage all front-line roles, ensuring operational stability for our residents, their families, and visiting health professionals.

  • Manage daily master rosters, backfill shifts, and handle requests for new shifts across our workforce.
  • Partner with our corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure roster data accuracy.
  • Communicate with on-site staff regarding allocations, roster changes, and available shifts.
  • Lead training and manage user access for our timekeeping system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of rostering information.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to ensure adequate staffing for our 24/7 facilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in staff rostering is mandatory.
  • Ability to work directly with operational teams as the main point of contact for rostering information.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in person.
  • Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience with Roster tools is highly regarded.
