The Role

As an Operations Specialist in our APAC regional team, you will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and teams. Your primary goal is to drive operational results by optimizing fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects, fleet management, property maintenance, and partner procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and adapt local operational procedures to ensure their applicability in your region.
  • Maximize operational efficiency and fleet availability through vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting procedures.
  • Ensure proper stock management and maintain inventory levels, including procurement and purchasing when required.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers to ensure daily operations meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate supplier relationships and negotiate partnerships for fleet maintenance, real estate, and other operational services.
  • Contribute to business growth through fleet network development, real estate procurement, and partnership negotiation.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while creating physical spaces for operational excellence.
  • Control vehicle operating costs, inventory efficiency, and overall cost management within your region.
Requirements
  • Educational background in Engineering, Mechanical Education, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, procurement, supplier management, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Action-oriented with the ability to address operational needs, solve problems, and ensure smooth work flow.
  • Organized and analytical with strong data analysis skills and task prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed procedures closely.
  • Collaborative spirit with willingness to work closely with team members and local teams.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to adjust plans according to evolving demands.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, local partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Italian or German is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in the APAC region.
