About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality dishes in accordance with our standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize menu offerings and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Head Cook or Chef.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
