We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Enterprise Sales Director, ANZ. In this role, you will lead a team of world-class sales professionals in driving business growth and expansion across the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in a SaaS environment. You should be passionate about building relationships with customers, developing and executing aggressive customer acquisition strategies, and aligning go-to-market teams to achieve business goals.

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong commercial and technical acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Braze offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus equity options, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
