Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and achieving sales targets for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages in the Retail State team.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise commercial initiatives within designated customer accounts.
- Develop and implement category growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Understand customer strategic direction and leverage Asahi Lifestyle Beverages initiatives to drive mutual success.
- Monitor competitor activity and take proactive measures to ensure Asahi Lifestyle Beverages maintains a competitive edge.
- Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the National team to develop effective functional relationships with key retailers.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of nationally agreed plans in support of the commercial plan.
You are a driven individual with strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship management skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive success and inspire teamwork.

- A proven record in successful Key Account Management and field sales experience.
- Solid sales/account management experience.
- Impactful strategic selling skills.
- Strong Account Management experience.
- Well-developed managerial courage.
