About This Role
">We are seeking a skilled Care Navigator and Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales & Business Development team.
As a key member of our multi-channel contact centre, you will be responsible for providing expert care navigation and sales support to customers and their loved ones seeking support across various private and government funded aged care programs.
Key Responsibilities
">- To provide tailored, knowledgeable, and solution-focused customer service to all prospective customers.
- To build rapport and engagement with a diverse range of people across spoken and written communication channels.
- To identify customer wellbeing needs and proactively translate those needs into services and solutions.
- To accurately and efficiently record and process data into various IT systems.
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of health care, community services, and aged care sector requirements and best practices.
Requirements
">We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and customer service, including high work standards and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work well under pressure.
