Home Care Navigator

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our home care team.

About the Role

Catholic healthcare provides a unique opportunity for a skilled navigator to support the elderly community in accessing home care services that enable them to live their best lives at home.

In this role, you will champion our range of services and guide clients and their families through various Government Funding programs and processes.

You will lead clients and their families throughout the sales process, from initial lead through to our care advisors onboarding them.

Training will be provided to equip you with all necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to convert leads and work effectively with KPIs
  • Patience, empathy, and clear communication skills to explain complex processes
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced sales environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
