Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice our customers trust as they navigate their home care journey from onboarding to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers across phone, email, and more to provide proactive, high-quality support.
  • Partner with the Support Team and Service Partners to onboard new customers and guide them through their experience.
  • Coach and empower customers to manage their own Home Care Packages and achieve personal goals.
  • Keep customer profiles up-to-date and manage account documentation with care and precision.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team in workshops and meetings to help shape and improve how we work.
  • Help customers get the best out of our systems and Service Partner platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring a people-first mindset, problem-solving skills, and a pride in delivering standout service.

  • You must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian disability or aged care sectors is beneficial.
