Job Overview

Located in the heart of Pokolbin, a luxurious country manor hotel surrounded by 70 acres of rural surroundings seeks an exceptional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to spearhead its food and beverage operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of Food & Beverage Outlets, including Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, The Conservatory, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events.
  • Drive high-quality food delivery that reflects the brand, adhering to standards and policies.
  • Lead a high-performing team, inspire colleagues, and develop talent for continued excellence and success.
Requirements
  • 2 years of related experience in a similar role within a high volume environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A track record of growing and developing talent.
  • Ability to work across a 7 day rotating roster.
  • Passion for exceeding guest expectations and ensuring seamless stays.
