We are excited to announce that we are hiring part-time and casual Food and Beverage Attendants for our brand-new restaurant, Chakraya, set to open soon at the prestigious Oaks Cypress Lakes Retreat. Chakraya promises to be a culinary gem, offering a vibrant menu brimming with authentic Sri Lankan flavors.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Taking Guest Orders**: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
- ** Menu Expertise and Recommendations**: Displaying comprehensive knowledge of our menu and confidently suggesting food and beverage options to enhance the dining experience.
- ** Serving Food and Beverages**: Providing efficient and professional service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- ** Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

**Part Time Hourly Rates (excluding super)**:
Monday - Friday: $24.98 per hour

Saturday: $31.23 per hour

Sunday: $38.70 per hour

**Casual Hourly Rates (excluding super)**:
Monday - Friday: $31.23 per hour

Saturday: $37.47 per hour

Sunday: $43.72 per hour
**Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
- A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
