As the Head of Hospitality, you will lead our hospitality venues on a day to day basis as well as developing longer term strategies to improve operations, guest experience and financial results. Your operational departments will include ESCA Restaurant, Bimbadgen Cellar Door & Woodfire Pizza, Palmers Lane Weddings & Events, on the day execution of Bimbadgen A Day on the Green Events, Emma’s Cottage and Alter Wines. Your strong commitment to attention to detail, leading by example and training and developing your teams will drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategies to elevate the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, front and back of house, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Oversee the daily operations across our hospitality operations.
Collaborate with the winemaking and marketing teams to curate exceptional wine tastings and events.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate relationships with guests, wine club members, local businesses and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the wine or luxury hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive results.
Knowledge of wine and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
