THE OPPORTUNITY

Bimbadgen Estate are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will help to lead our hospitality venues on a day-to-day basis across all things Food & Beverage.

Your operational departments will include ESCA Restaurant, Bimbadgen Cellar Door & Woodfire Pizza & Palmers Lane Weddings & Events.

This role will work closely our Hospitality Operations Manager and General Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maximise profitability and achieve F&B sales budgets.
Ensure quality and ongoing training is implemented within all departments.
Daily review & adaption of rosters to reflect business levels.
Assisting the venues to ensure reservation and customer spend maximisation.
Providing very hands-on leadership and mentoring of the hospitality team and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Hold regular communication meetings with all food & beverage staff.
Collaborate with the outlet and marketing teams to develop a calendar of events for each outlet that drives customer visitation and satisfaction.
Cultivate relationships with guests, wine club members, local businesses and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the wine or luxury hospitality industry.
Experience in regional hospitality/tourism operations is desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
A business mindset with the ability to analyse results, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
Knowledge of wine and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - this is a hands-on role with the expectation to be in and around outlets during its busiest services.
