Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall performance of our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service delivery that reflects our brand standards.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty results.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- A track record of growing and developing talent
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Passion for exceeding guest expectations and ensuring an effortless stay
