At Travel + Leisure Co., we're seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Club Wyndham Sydney. As a key member of our executive team, you'll be responsible for the daily operational success of the hotel, driving sales and marketing strategies, and coaching and mentoring staff to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires a proven hotel operational knowledge and experience, as well as the ability to effectively interact with guests and lead the team by example. If you're a self-confident, motivated hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotel team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
