Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with hotel standards. They will lead a team of staff and provide guidance and support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive performance and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of workplace safety policies and responsibilities.
