Clinical Coordinator Adult Survivors Job Opportunity
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to lead the establishment and implementation of NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program.
The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical, strategic, educational, and programmatic expertise to establish effective networks with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the LHD.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish local clinical networks and relationships to improve service delivery and coordination.
- Foster partnerships between services/streams to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Provide high-level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery, including supervision around violence, abuse, and neglect issues.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive postgraduate clinical experience in providing counselling, group work, parenting, and case management interventions to clients with child protection, violence, neglect, and trauma.
Required Qualifications:- Social Work qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and engage with stakeholders across complex environments.
- 5 weeks of paid annual leave.
