Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team in establishing and implementing the Adult Survivors Program.

This role will play a vital part in the development of the program, working closely with local clinical networks and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership in establishing and implementing NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program.
  • Lead local clinical networks and relationships to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the Local Health District (LHD).
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A Social Work qualification as per Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and ongoing commitment to professional learning.
  • Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in providing counselling, group work, parenting, and case management interventions for survivors of trauma.
  • Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills when engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide high-level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders across complex environments.
