
Adult Survivors Clinical Lead

Overview:
- The Clinical Coordinator - Adult Survivors Program is responsible for providing advanced clinical, strategic, educational and programmatic expertise and leadership in the establishment and implementation of NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of local clinical networks and relationships.
- Establish and maintain effective networks with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the LHD.
- Facilitate partnerships between services/streams to improve service delivery and coordination.
- Provide high level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Social work qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
- Demonstrated extensive post graduate clinical experience in providing counselling, groupwork, parenting and case management interventions to clients where child protection, violence, neglect and trauma incidents have occurred.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.

We are seeking an experienced social worker with a recognized specialty within social work and excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills to lead the establishment of local clinical networks and relationships.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.
