Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant & Finance Coordinator to support our Property & Asset Management NSW Executive team and Aurora Place team. The role involves administration, finance, and support duties, split 50/50 between the two teams.

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, reimbursements, and expenses.
  • Coordinate and format business development proposals and other documents.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Assist with event organization, client functions, and conferences.
  • Support the Finance Manager and team in tracking spend from invoices and reviewing/distributing spreadsheet data on spend and purchase order listings.

  • A sound knowledge of office procedures and an attitude to take on responsibilities, work autonomously, and within a team.
  • The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
