**Estimated Salary Range:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key responsibilities include:

  • Matter Management: Opening and closing matters efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Communication and Client Service: Handling enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organising and confirming meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Email Management: Managing email correspondence, responding promptly, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • File Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • General Administration: Providing administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.

**Requirements:*

  • Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in a law firm or professional organisation.
  • Certification: Completed a Diploma or Certificate in legal studies.
  • Skills and Qualities: Professional, enthusiastic, and great with clients and colleagues; good time management skills and attention to detail.
