We are seeking a talented and experienced business development professional to lead our strategic partnerships efforts. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing partnerships while identifying and developing new opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator with a natural ability to collaborate and influence decision makers. They will think strategically and laterally to consult on outcomes and have a personal drive for success.
The Job DescriptionThis role requires the ability to nurture and grow existing partnerships, identify and develop new partnership opportunities, organise and host relevant events, seminars and conferences, track and review the quality of these partnerships, and generate new sales meetings with prospective clients via these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnership development and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of partnership goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
